What are the rules for when games can be put up? The "more info" page isn't very descriptive. All it says is that when games stop being sold, and I don't think nintendo is still manufacturing Pokémon Heartgold. Does that mean that the rom will be on Vizzed soon? Just wondering.

Just because they stop manufacturing it doesn't mean they stop selling it, its still going to be sold for many more years.

If DS Pokemon games were to be put up, diamond and pearl would have to go up first and then probably a couple of years would have to pass for heart gold.

it would cost a ton more money to put that up and then maintain it.

Copyright doesn't really allow it because Nintendo just doesn't want this to happen. I don't know if its for the same reason, but coolrom had to rake down all of their DS games.
