So I need some help, I wanted to do some messaging on XBox but it said I needed Gold, which I got, but I still can't message.

If I try to message someone, I get a message saying I need to upgrade to Gold. I get 2 options, upgrade or cancel. If I press upgrade, it brings me to my account on the XBox website where it says I am gold, and I can message users from the site.

But I still can't do it from mt account on my phone, any help?

See, I only have an Xbox One, and you have an Xbox/Xbox 360/Xbox One, so, I would keep rebooting the console, especially if you have an Xbox One. Now, here's another thing. You mentioned Windows Phone in the thread's title. Now, I am not the best at Windows Phone. I haven't used one yet. I'm only good on phones that run Android and iOS. But, I do believe that David can help you; he has a Windows phone (but you probably know that)!

I think you should just get an upgrade to your system. You need to get an Xbox 360. They're like, $99. I think you can afford one if you have the money for it (I'm not trying to be mean).
