So, this has been a pet peeve of mine for a LONG time and I need to get it off my chest somewhere.


There are plenty of places around that provide underground parking as well as above ground parking. What drives me nuts is when the underground parking is about 1/10th of the total parking available and yet perfectly capable adults, who are by themselves, still attempt to use the underground parking.


Now, I'm not saying that they can't park down there but to me underground parking is for elderly people, handicapped people or families. They should be getting priority. If you are 16-40 and don't have a child or elderly person with you then go park somewhere else and let those of us with small kids or the elderly to make use of this convenience.


That's my rant basically. I had to deal with this today so it was on my mind and wanted to get some other opinions.

But you see, they don't want their cars to be in the sun so that they don't burn their sensitive hands when they get back in the car.
In reality, it's pure laziness. That's it.

Hidden Phantom : I live in Canada and it was cold when I posted this but the same idea applies. They don't want to get in and out of a cold car even though they can do it in 5 seconds and be inside the building right away. Having kids makes that 10 times harder.
