Hello. I have been a member of this site for almost 4 years. My mom started it for me so that I could play games and watch the old cartoons. Sometimes she or my dad play games on here with me. I don't know what happened to the cartoons but I now have a lot of them on dvd. I had a little extra time this week for winter break from school. I did not know there is so much to do on here.  I've been having fun posting in the forums and trying to learn about lay outs.  I tried the chat room but it seemed too busy for me.  I read the rules on this forum but didn't understand all of them. I hope it is ok to post my own thread to say hi and a little bit about me.  I am 7 years old and in second grade. I have a dog, cat and a fish. I like to make things and play games with my mom and have Nerf wars with my dad.  I like to read, draw, grow and make things to enter in fairs. I have entered county fairs since I was 3 years old and started with crafts. Now I enter cookies, crafts, potted plants and sometimes vegetables. My dad doesn't enter anything but my mom does. We have total of 17 ribbons from last 5 years.  This year I entered state fair for first time and won blue ribbon for my age group. I may try to enter state fair again next year. I also like to help make Halloween costumes. This year I was Raphael from the cartoon and my dad was Casey Jones from the first movie. She made his mask out of layers of cardboard, hot glue, white duck tape and leather straps. Halloween is my favorite holiday. I have been a mummy, Robin Hood from Men in Tights, Dr Frankenstein,  Hiccup, and a scarecrow. On tv I like Cartoon Network, Sheldon on Big Bang Theory, Jim Henson Creature Shop, Face Off, React To That and Jeopardy when it's kids week.  My favorite sites are vizzed, GromSocial, and watching game play on youtube. I have been using a computer a little over 4 years and have been getting better at typing. Sometimes I type it on wordpad then copy and paste it where it needs to go.  I am happy for spell check on here, it helps me a lot. Well that is a little about me. I hope to make some new friends on here.

Whoa, I put my mouse on your username once and viewed your age. I thought, "There's no way he's actually 7! His account has been around for years!" Now it makes sense. It's really cool that your parents got your account set up for you at such a young age!

Since you're trying to learn about layouts, I should tell you that there are a lot of really great people who can teach you everything you need to know about layouts. I'm one of those people. You can buy layouts from the layout shop (it doesn't cost money; it costs viz). You can also ask people to make a layout that's just for you. (Such as me)

It should be easy for you to make friends here. You made this post so you can probably get a few friends right away.

Thank you for your reply. Yes I'm happy it was made years ago. This site has a lot more games than we do. I can play almost anything I want and not get in trouble for leaving them out. I have been playing the Mario games a lot but I like the others too. I did buy a layout and used it for some posts. But then I saw that someone else had same one so I deleted. I looked at the hire page. I did not know who to choose so have not done that yet. If you would like to make one for me that would be awesome. Let me know how to do get started on that.

Kilian : WOW!! You've been here for 4 years!? That's pretty cool. It was cute to see your parents settled up your account when you were very young. Let me guess, you're 7 right now, you've been here for 4 years, so that's means when you got your account, you were 3, right? Anyway, when I joined, I don't know where the Retro Toon Room disappeared... you're so lucky you have parents that they play games with you. I wish my parents loved gaming .
