So, A few years back I made an AMV of Goku VS Cooler, it's not very good I know that but I want constructive criticism

It's not horrible, per-se, But it's definitely nothing to brag about. I still used camtasia at that point but i'm probably going to switch to Sony Vegas.

The video has no audio from the anime. 
The song skips around. People do not like that when they watch AMV's. 
The song is a good choice because of the eye thing at the beginning. Other than that, it does not really relate to the video. Try to have a song that follows the theme of the video you are making. 
Your timing of the transition of the clips could also use a little work. 

Then again, I use pictures, so I do not have that much room to talk. But, if you want to look at mine, here they are. The first video I was going for the best song, and I made that one 2 and a half years ago. The 2nd on in the playlist I went for the song, and transition; that one was made a little over a year ago.
