a-sassy-black-lady : Absolutely!  I always wash my hands after using the bathroom. It just seems smart to me. All the bacteria and germs would stay on my hands if I did not. Since i have the tendency to wipe my forehead periodically, i would be putting all of those germs on my head. Not good! Not cool!

I'm actually REALLY germaphobic compared to most people.

I don't touch any part of the bathroom with my hands.
I'll pull out a paper tower on my way in and use that to open/close everything. I'll also use one to turn on faucets and open the door on my way out.

I still wash my hands with soap for maybe about 15-20 seconds, which is still a pretty long time.

There's even been a time where I washed my hands, but I felt like I washed them too fast, so I went and washed them again... So, yeah. I was my hands after using the restroom.

I do feel a little iffy about it when people don't wash their hands. I have a friend that doesn't use soap, he'll just rinse his hands with water, and that's kind of gross to me...

I wash them every time I go, whether it be a pee or a poop. I must admit that the state of some public wash basin's make me question if I'm actually making my hands dirtier from having to touch the tap. *shudders*

I always make sure to wash my hands.

When I'm using the bathroom in a public restroom I tend to wash my hands much longer than I normally would at home. I would guess around 20 seconds longer ? I like to lather up my hands and rinse with the water temperature on hot. I sometimes get looked at by the other women cause of how long I wash my hands, especially if there is a line behind me. I wont rush just cause there's a line either.

Before I leave I make sure to grab a paper towel and wrap it around my hand before opening the door. If I have a sweater on I would just use my sleeve and open the door that way.

Always. I would never leave without scrubbing my hands, ew. I also will use a paper towel to open the door when I leave, then throw the paper towel away in a trashcan somewhere else, because I know there are people who leave rest rooms without washing their hands first, and there is no way I am letting those germs touch me. 

I also tend to use hand sanitizer after leaving the rest room, too, and keep a little squirt bottle of it in my bag at all times. I have a reduced immune system, and every chance to avoid germs reasonably is TAKEN. I don't like being sick and in the hospital, especially since I can't afford that right now. :/

Yes, I always wash my hands after using the bathroom.. the only time I didn't was like once the other day because I was at our new house and the bathroom doesn't have a sink yet but I went in the kitchen and washed them really good possibly 35-40 seconds so I guess that means I did wash them.
