Location: Sea Mauville – Storage Room (you need all room keys to get this one. In the last room is the Storage Key findable).
Available from the begin of the game.
Requirements: HM Surf and Dive.
Type: Bug/Poison.
Ability: Adaptability.
Best stats: Attack and Speed

Mega Pidgeot
Location: Rustbro City from Mr. Stone after showing the Intriguing Stone (findable in Verdanturf Town after talking to the sign of the town).
Available from the begin of the game.
Requirements: Nothing.
Type: Normal/Flying.
Ability: No Guard.
Best stats: Special Attack.

Mega Slowbro
Location: Shoal Cave from the old man in the first room of the cave.
Available from the begin of the game.
Requirements: Surf (since you need to give the old man 4 Shoal Salts and 4 Shoal Shells).
Type: Water/Psychic.
Ability: Shell Armor.
Best stats: Defense.

Mega Steelix
Location: Granite Cave.
Available from the begin of the game.
Requirements: Mach Bike and Flash < (but not really needed).
Type: Steel/Ground.
Ability: Sand Force.
Best stats: Defense

Mega Sceptile
Location: Route 114 (if not starter) from the Stones Salesman (it costs 1500), Route 120 (if starter).
Story (if starter), available after beating the Primal Pokemon (if not starter).
Requirements: Nothing but money.
Type: Grass/Dragon.
Ability: Lightningrod.
Best stats: Speed and Special Attack.

Mega Swampert
Location: Route 114 (if not starter) from the Stones Salesman (it costs 1500), Route 120 (if starter).
Story (if starter), available after beating the Primal Pokemon (if not starter).
Requirements: Nothing but money.
Type: Water/Ground.
Ability: Swift Swim.
Best stats: Attack, all-rounded.

Mega Sabelye
Location: Sootopolis City, near Cave of Origins.
Available from the begin of the game.
Requirements: Surf (not to get it but to get there).
Type: Ghost/Dark.
Ability: Magic Bounce.
Best stats: Defense and Special Defense.

Mega Sharpedo
Location: Aqua Hideout in the Delta Episode (AS), Battle Resort (OR).
Delta Episode (AS), completing the Delta Episode (OR).
Requirements: Surf (AS), Ticket to the Battle Resort (OR).
Type: Water/Dark.
Ability: Strong Jaws.
Best stats: Attack and Speed.

Mega Camerupt
Location: Magma Hideout in the Delta Episode (OR), Battle Resort (AS).
Delta Episode (OR), completing the Delta Episode (AS).
Requirements: Surf (OR), Ticket to the Battle Resort (AS).
Type: Fire/Ground.
Ability: Sheer Force.
Best stats: All-rounded but worse speed.

Mega Altaria
Location: Lilycove City, show a collecter close to the Pokémon (Contest) Fan Club an Altaria.
Available from the begin of the game.
Requirements: Altaria in your party.
Type: Dragon/Fairy.
Ability: Pixilate.
Best stats: All-rounded.

Mega Glalie (this thing is OP)
Location: Shoal Cave Basement (look carefully, it’s kind of hard to see).
Available from the begin of the game.
Requirements: Enter the cave during low tide (3 AM till 8 AM and 3 PM till 8 PM). You can’t find it if the tide is high.
Type: Ice.
Ability: Refrigerate.
Best stats: Attack and Special Attack.

Mega Salamence
Location: Meteor Falls from Zinnia’s Grandmother.
Available after the Delta Episode.
Requirements: HM Surf and Waterfall + completing the Delta Episode.
Type: Dragon/Flying.
Ability: Aerilate.
Best stats: All-rounded.

Mega Metagross
Location: From Steven after beating him for a second time.
Available after the Delta Episode.
Requirements: Defeating the Elite Four and completing the Delta Episode.
Type: Steel/Psychic.
Ability: Tough Claws

Mega Latias
Location: On Latias (AS), Littleroot Town from your mother (OR).
Story (AS), available after Delta Episode (OR).
Requirements: it’s free (AS), completing the Delta Episode (OR).

Mega Latios
Location: On Latios (OR), Littleroot Town from your mother (AS).

Mega Rayquaza
Location: Rayquaza doesn’t need a Mega Stone if you want it to Mega Evolve. But instead, you need to learn it Dragon Ascent which it has automatic if you catch it.
Available in the Delta Episode.
Requirements: Poké Balls.
Type: Dragon/Flying.
Ability: Delta Stream.
Best stats: All-rounded, but huge Attack and Special Attack power.

Location: Mauvile Hills, from a man in a black suit.
Available after the Primal encounter.
Requirements: Nothing.

Mega Gallade
Location: Fallarbor Town from Professor Cozmo.
Available after the Delta Episode.
Requirements: Completing the Delta Episode.

Location: Battle Resort from Looker.
Available after the Delta Episode.
