I know everyone but muffin is on Eastern time (muffin is UST). Server time is Central. So.....

I think 9:00 AM Server time (10:00 AM EST and 3:00 PM (or 15:00 over there) UST) would be perfect.

I should be able to do that day depending on what time it is. My first student loans are due that day so I have to be at fin aid offices all through the morning and afternoon.

I am unlikely to take part. I do not own the expansions (hate buying DLC) and even though they are on sale, I can't afford them, even if I was interested. Spent literally all my money on Christmas haha.

I'm also busy on the day before and after Christmas, so I will have to decline.

I should take part, boxing day is fine and Boxia's time suggestion is perfect. 
For the time being I think I'm just going to be at home all day on the 26th, but if anything happens I'll let everyone know.

And yes, I have the expansion packs. 

zanderlex : So, a lot of us want to play with the actual expansion packs and it does bring more to the game itself. They also seem to be in agreement that Boxia's time suggestion is good for them, which you are in conflict with by a couple of hours. Unless there is a time adjustment, I don't think you would be able to make that time. However, if there is any adjustment to the time, I would be willing to gift you the 2 expansion packs for Viz if you are willing to do that and if you would like to have them. They have a sale right now and I'm willing to buy it for you for Viz.

Everyone else, this is our current lineup for the Boxing Day competition. We technically still have room for 3 more if anyone else is interested, but this is a pretty good amount:

It should be pretty fun - largely due to my lack of experience with vanilla.

Boxia : Actually Boxia, we are deciding to go with playing with the expansion packs, largely because zanderlex may not hit the time that you suggested, as well as the fact that my brother would only join if we are playing with the expansion packs.

As of now, im still going to be busy for most of that day. I can do Viz for the packs but wou;dn't actually be able to play. Sorry.

I'm really late, but thanks to play4fun, I'll be able to join! I have Civilization V complete, but don't expect me to be the best, because I'm a Civilization newbie. (I got my first Civilization game on Saturday...) I won't be the best, but I'll enjoy the experience of getting beaten... 

The time, and date is fine for me. I just wanted to state that I would be joining.

Looking forward to going out last... Also a pre-warning to others... I may be the slowest to do my turns... Simply due to the fact that I'm on another continent so obviously there's a few seconds delay where everyone else gets the information before I do... 

Also considering play and his brother are talking about strategies.. My chances of winning are 0.... Never bothered to play this with an intentional strategy because to be honest.. I'd rather not do the same thing every game lol

DARKANINE : We just ended the match... We have saved the game, with hopes of trying to continue the game later. Maybe you could join the next time... I don't know how and such.

Update, we finished our game session on this game. It was fun from the beginning, but we had to stop cuz people had to leave and we saved the game in case anyone wants to go back to it. It would have been more competitive if my brother's computer didn't crash in the middle, if barbarians didn't go nuts, (and i was owning) . It would be interesting if people just ganged up against me though.
