I was playing my favorite, NCAA 08 for PS1 and I was wondering about the offensive play selections of those of you who play football games?  I expect probably two or three answers.

I like the traditional I formation and I run and pass about 50%.  If I'm feeling sassy, I'll go with Navy and run a triple option and run 90% of the time.

What do you guys do?

It doesn't matter the game, I honestly tend to do a bit of both, unless I am playing Connected Franchise. I love to throw the ball since I usually go for the quarterback, and I can't catch the ball very well since you have to manually catch it. 

But, if I am playing as every player on the team like you would in a 1 v 1, then I tend to mix up a ground and pound style with a short to middle pass play selection. I'll throw the ball deep about 10% of my pass plays, and I tend to run the ball outside, since it gives me more wiggle room to get more yards.

Doesn't matter the year I only use one formation power I and only two plays hb dive or the slant or third and long so my run to pass ratio is 98% to 2%
