This month's Speed Run competition is for 'Batman Returns' for the Super Nintendo. You can play it here:

The point of this competition is to beat the game as fast as you can. You must choose the default 'Normal' difficulty.


VIDEO REQUIRED: You must must use the RGR Plugin's built in video recording to record the gameplay and then upload that video to the Vizzed YouTube account.

RULES: You MUST play the game using the RGR Plugin in 'Timetrial Mode' and take a screenshot of the ending screen by pressing F6 when you've completed the game. To play in 'Timetrial Mode', scroll down the page where it shows the Speed Runs, you'll see a link that says 'Click Here to Compete for Speed Run', click that. Once you've taken your screenshot, click the link near that one that says 'Click Here to Submit your Speed Run' to submit your speed run.

You cannot cheat or use glitches of any sort.

1st = 37,500 Viz or $25
2nd = 20,000 Viz or $10
3rd = 10,000 Viz
4th = 5,000 Viz
5th = 2,500 Viz


Cash Prizes:
The cash Prizes can be paid out in a few ways. I can purchase a membership on a website for you somewhere, I can order something for you off of amazon, I can send you the money via Paypal, I can buy you Microsoft Points, Nintendo Points or Playstation Points and send you the code, I can buy you an Amazon gift card and send you the code, etc.

There might be a problem with the target screenshot. In the rules, you said to play using Normal difficulty. In your screenshot, it says "Congratulations. Now Try Normal Mode". So you may get a different screen than the one in the target. I don't know for sure, but it might happen.

It might be the same picture but just slightly different wording. Once someone gets it then I can update it but I haven't been able to find one that has different wording.

EDIT: Wrong thread.

I have uploaded a screenshot that has the game beat on Normal Mode. The only differences is that my screenshot says to try playing on Hard Difficulty instead of Normal.

nguyenminhthien86 : I noticed that the only video you uploaded is not the video that has your current speed run time. Your current submission got to the target screenshot in 33 minutes, but your uploaded video doesn't finish the last fight until 36 minutes. If you don't upload the video that shows you getting the time in your submission, it doesn't count. You have about 30 minutes left, and you should try to get your video uploaded. Would really suck if your submission didn't even count because you forgot to upload an updated video.
