Like the title ask, what band would you pick? It can only be one and you can only listen to them. (solo artist count as well). I would have to pick W.A.S.P they do heavy very good, but they also write some of the best ballads out there. Who would you guys pick?

This is literally one of the toughest questions ever for me, would composers count? If so I would choose Hams Zimmer because I can literally listen to his music foe the rest of my life. However, if I had to pick an actual band or artist, I would choose to listen to nothing for the rest of my life.

At some point, it would just become torture to listen to the same thing. I'd probably quit listening to music entirely.

I'd have to choose between Coldplay and Green Day. That's only because of the amount of songs I know from each.

Leunith : I would say no, the thread is pick a band, not a radio station.

With that said, I would have to say Cradle of Filth. I love a lot of their music and there concerts (even though I never been to one) are completely out of control. Dani Filth's vocals are able to go from extreme highs to extreme lows in same breath without missing a beat.

They have multiple "epics" (very long songs) such as Gargoyles, Angels of Darkness, The Mystic Prophecy of the Demonknight, and Heroes of the Waterfalls' Kingdom just to name their three best. Their most popular song that some of you may know is called Emerald Sword.
