marianne26 : You could use a hold item known as "exp share". You can also put the Pokémon you want to train, in the first slot of your party. Then switch out, The way this works is any Pokémon that appears in battle will get exp. Of course there is also the day care. The last option would be rare candy. Can I help you with anything else?
