So I'm looking to buy a tablet for the first time ever... and I have no idea what to look for! I know what I need, but I'm not sure what qualifies as "good quality" in the tablet spending world. Any suggestions? Here's what I know I want it to have (or not have):

Also, looking to spend less than $200 if possible.
So, without further ado... my requirements:

+ No Microsoft Office, whatsoever
+ Google Play support (specific apps I need in that store)
+ 1GB RAM
+ 7" to 10" screen
+ Supports .pdf & ebooks (even if that means downloading an app)
+ Support SD Cards or Micro SD cards
+ Not an Apple product
+ Not white, silver preferred, black OK

So... suggestions? URLs would be helpful too.

This is a Samsung Galaxy Tab 4. 8" Tablet, $180 (rounded figure) It has 2GB RAM Comes in Black or White. (You want Silver, but this one doesn't have that. But you said black was okay.) As far as I know, it doesn't have Microsoft Office. (I haven't seen it.) It is a Google Play Store supported device. I would HIGHLY recommend this Samsung! It's cheap, good, and strong. It is very good for most anything, and especially for reading books and watching movies.
