Ok, time to be a pchyco fan girl and imma make my top ten DLC charaters i wanna see for SSB4. now i have SOME regulations on this list. First: NO CHARTERS THAT I HATE. Second: No chartareters from series that had 1 game. and Third: no OCs. lets begin. note: IM SORRY IF THIS WAS BAD.
Number 10 The amatronics from Five nights at freddys 1&2. I know right, this might sound odd but seeing that Foxy stole a girls lobe, and most of the amatronics killed alot of people, this would be a very funny thing. Their final smash: The death mini-games from FNAF 2.
Number 9 Protoman from megaman. Now since Megaman is in the Game, i think Protoman should join with his brother. Protoman's final Smash: Big-Bang strike,
Number 8 Davido7: from Well you know, Vizzed. WOOOO! another WTF charater, even though i said No ocs, David should fight, David's final smash: all of the users from Vizzed attacking the oppents.
Number 7 Ryu from Street fighter. Ryu should be in another Crossover game. plus, We need more Fist charaters. Ryu's final smash will be that Ken will do the Haduken and Ryu will do the ExHaduken.
Number 6 Axl from megaman X. Another Megaman charater. Since we have some gunners, Fox and Falco, We need another gunner. Axl's Final Smash: He summon's pallet and they'll both shoot the oppents.
Number 5 Bass since I want Protoman and Axl to join the fight,WHY NOT BASS! Since Bass hasn't been a playable charater in crossover games before (Well not that i know of) This could be Bass's first time to be playable in a crossover game. Bass's final smash: Trebble adapter
Number 4 Umbreon from pokemon. UMBREON SHOULD JOOOOOOOOOOIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIINNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN! And the reason He/she should join is because I love umbreons! Umbreon's final smash: shadow beam
Number 3 Venturean from Venturian tales. "IM A BIRD!" Thats right, I want Venturean to join, just like Davio, He isn't an oc. Ventureans final Smash: all of his siblings appear riding on Volasaraptors, and the Valosoraptors stomp on Ventureans Oppents and the Crows will smack into the oppents faces and yell "IM A BIRD, I DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU!"
Number 2 Shadow the Hedgehog from Shadow the Hedgehog. we need more animals. Eventhough shadow was an assist troughy in SuperSmashBrosBrawl, Shadow needs to be a playable charater. Shadow's final Smash will be Super Shadow.
Number 1 Zero from Megaman X. How many megaman charaters do we need? appearently 5 if you want to make me happy. Zero's final smash should be Absoulte Zero

First off, your layout is really hard to read and you could've spaced it better. But I'll ignore that. I'll also ignore the fact that none of these are realistic, probably except for Umbreon.

10. That would be really really weird. Like, really weird. Best DLC ever though. Moveset would be difficult though.

1. You and your Megamanliness. We only need one from the franchise, though I must agree Zero would be cool. Maybe we could also have Megaman Hunter X using the abilities that he gets from the X series.

10- Bomber man: This is a classic character that I really want to see join 
he can be the game boom........

9- Simon Beltmont or Juste Beltmont: the amazing vampire killer of all time

8-Skull Kid (Majora's mask): YAY! I really want to see another Zelda character,
other than a Toon Zelda games, I don't hate them just I don't like it....

7-Black wizard (Final Fantasy): why there's no Final fantasy characters ?

6-Miles prower "Tails": Already Sonic....only left shadow,knuckles and any other of sonic series

5-Megaman.EXE: Of course I want to see him, with over 300 different attacks and like 20 styles changes

4-Blaziken: My favorite fire Pokémon

3-Davideo7: everyone want he join (wonder what kind of attacks he can have)

2-Alex Kidd: already a one Sega character...... another one 

1-Zero: with zero in smah..... you can die in peace

10. King K. Rool : One of the most wanted characters for smash
9. Space Pirates: Need another metroid rep, and it will most likely be them,  Adam Malkovich or Dark samus (she cant be in it because assist trophies)
8.Roy (Would like to see him back cause Roy's our Boy)
7. Bayonetta: With the release of Bayo 2 and her becoming nintendo exclusive it's possible
6: Shovel knight: Could've been possible and was wanted if not for them recently becoming available on consoles other than 3ds,wii U and PC
5: Captain Toad: Would get a very interesting move set and could jump even lower than LM
4: Pichu: Possibly the cutest character in smash and most needed... Imagine her in HD ;-;
3. MM link ( Using the masks as  Special attacks would be amazing ( Standard B- Goron roll, Side B - Zora boomerang, Up B - Deku plant launch, Down b - Bomb mask? Final smash is fierce deity link
2. Lucas (much better character then Ness and much funner to play as)
1. Waluigi (even though he's an assist trophy... He somehow needs to be a character in this game)

SMBLOZ123 : WOW, the hypocrisy in you're post " I want dark samus but dont want clones"... K. Rool and waluigi have been wanted for a while by many. Also, bayo being over sexualized? Have you seen ZSS? Shovel knight could be quite unrealistic but like i said, not possible anymore, It was more of a "I wish" choice, that could've been possible a while ago. You misunderstand, I would want neither the Space Pirates or Dark Samus, but I would like another Metroid character to beef up a roster for such an old and well known series. Dark Samus would simply be a better choice overall, especially with her Phazon based attacks and abilities, as well as three games worth of role as main antagonist.

Zero Suit Samus was hardly over sexualized as many have said she was in Smash 4, but she is also more clothed and less 'kinky" than Bayonetta is, pardon the term.

Also, I would appreciate if your definition of "rant" included less hostility. Your capitalization of the word "wow" leads me to believe that you value no one's opinions excluding your own, as well as further examining my reasoning, and asking me to clarify things like the somewhat confusing Dark Samus statement. Also, please refrain from insulting someone with the word "hypocrite" if you are going to take a snap at everyone else's lists, call them unrealistic, but list unrealistic choices on yours, the definition of "hypocracy."

I highly doubt Nintendo will make DLC for SSB4, free or otherwise, although if they do I hope it's free. Who do I want to see?

A couple more Fire Emblem characters, I'm personally eyeing Joshua but I feel in general we need more of this, in one of the richest Nintendo universes and honestly a lot of these characters could do well to appear in the game, otherwise I'm not too sure though. Not too focused on Nintendo, a interesting Pokemon might not hurt.

Frodlex : Mewtwo is already confirmed. But, nintendo said after that they dont have plans to make more.

I really just want Lucas and Snake back in Smash, but Nintendo has no plans for making any paid DLC, which means maybe they'll make free DLC, but very unlikely.

As far as I'm concerned, the only DLC character that I want to see for Smash is Shadow the Hedgehog. Even though people think he'd just be a Sonic Clone, Shadow can use Chaos Spear, which would be a range attack in Smash, and Sonic doesn't have any of those kinds of attacks. Also chaos Blast is another different move he could have. Therefore, Shadow should be in Smash in my opinion.
