mitchelw was great to deal with.
He answered my questions very quickly, sent the Guild Wars account info quickly after I bought it,  and was always very courteous in all of our interactions.

A good idea for the first post would perhaps be the amount of people that have given them that rating as well.... Just like ebay etc... It gives anyone interested the knowledge that they actively sell a lot of items very well...

Further suggestion, though I don't expect it will mean much right away...

But perhaps order the list based on both average rating AND number of transactions. The list presently has sonicmcmuffin second, when he should be the top of the list.

This way, not only will the best be on display, but the ones who do the most deals.

I bought a game from him, thinking it was a steam game, but it ended up being a game for another game manager, which was Desura. Despite my confusion, he guided me on how to get the game manager on my computer, and provided further help on how to activate the game key, which was the first of the Heileen series.

I'm not sure how many times I've done business with her, but this last time she let me pay in two installments, the second of which I'm busy prepping. She was VERY polite, and had the codes to me by the end of the day.
