Marc Webb has begun directing the next film in the Spider-Man movie franchise, titled Sinister Six. Not much is known about it at the moment, but most of the members of the Sinister Six have been confirmed. They are as follows: Vulture, Doctor Octopus, Rhino, Mysterio, and Kraven. If I were to guess, that last spot would be filled for Electro. I will be posting updates as more information comes along. The movie is set to release sometime in 2016. What do you think about this film? Do you have any theories about it?

Because if it's one thing we haven't learned it's that more villains in a Spiderman movie always works out...

I had a lot of problems with TAS2 but the one thing they did right is they weren't too scared to kill Gwen Stacey. The reason I'm extremely skeptical about it is because they've just slammed this last minute thinking it would be a good idea. I feel as though instead of Electro it would have been better to have a Dr.Octopus movie along with the Green Goblin seeing as how he's actually the reason the Sinister Six were formed then they had Green Goblin join in later on. Rhino could have still had his quick cameo in the end and then Electro could have had a shorter version of his back story and then have him recruited by Doc Oc. Mysterio and Kraven can just join in as minor characters.

Honestly I just wish Sony would just hand over Spiderman back to Marvel. They can go ahead and make this movie but it would be nice to have him in time for Avengers: Infinity Wars

TAS 1 = A movie so Sony can retain the rights to the franchise

TAS 2 = A setup for a Sinister Six movie no one asked for
