Firefox, Chrome, and I suspect other browsers can have themes. These change the color of the new tab page, the tab bar, the tab text color, etc. You can download Google Chrome themes from here, and Firefox themes from here.

Tried to get a direct link, but I guess the name will suffice if you type it in your search add-ons in FireFox.
