There are many programs you can use that configure XBOX 360 and PS3 controllers to be used on PC. There's XPadder, Better DS3, Motionin Joy, and lots more. In fact, you can download XPadder directly from Vizzed. I hope I could help!

ThunderWariorZX : Better DS3 tool is what I use and it works quite well. You can make it work like a 360 controller or set your own buttons into different profiles.

I strongly suggest you do not use motioninjoy or better ds3 tool.
They can cause issues with other devices.
