I just read in Help Center that we are supposed to receive 5000 Viz for every birthday we have been registered on the website. I've been signed up since June 2011 and I've never received any PM or gift of any kind. Sure I haven't visited the site a whole lot and I certainly didn't know how to use the site much either. Does that really make me less qualified for the viz, that according to the website, I should have been gifted three times?
I realize I may be in error but as far as I can tell...I'm not in error. I don't expect to be rewarded for noticing this issue but I should at least be gifted the amount that the website claims that I earned, which would be 15000.

Please let me know if I have it wrong or if I should have posted elsewhere. ( I could not find better place to post this )
I was thinking of sending a PM to a moderator or whomever but I didn't know which would be best.
