This is an easy one.  The Cowboys have a well-developed offensive line and they can run the ball.  That is huge in the NFL.  So few teams run the ball successfully and Dallas can do it.  Their defense is coming together and Romo is looking like the Romo of old when everyone had serious expectations.  They knocked off Seattle in their house (Seattle's, that is) on national tv and they'll handle the Eagles with no problem.  Everyone else in the NFC east has problems.  Washington can't get their quarterback situation settled, the Giants are the Giants, and the Eagles are just not as good as the Cowboys.
I'm no fan of Dallas.  I don't actually care because I think the NFC East is overrated and 75% of the teams are bad on any given year.  But in this case, the Cowboys are going to stroll into the playoffs because they get six free wins over divisional teams.
