Greetings to my sushi lovers on Vizzed!

Despite of my username and the irony going on here, sushi is one of my favorite foods especially if it contains fresh ingredients. It is a very nutritious food that I love to eat. Ranging from raw fish to cooked meat to vegetables to weird sounding ingredients to so much more, sushi is like art that you can eat and you make various creations with it.

Sushi often contains rice with an ingredient or a mix of ingredients wrapped in seaweed. I have seen sushi wrapped in cucumbers.

So what is your favorite sushi, what do you like in your sushi, or do you not like it at all?

ghostfishy : My wife loves sushi. I don't eat seafood - not that I'm allergic. I just really don't like it for some reason. But it can be very beautifully plated food, and fun too, if you get to a place with the sushi boats or conveyor belts.

endings : Sushi has a rather unique taste if you ask me. I honestly didn't like sushi the first time that I tried it especially sashimi. After eating it a few more times, I learned to love sushi and it is now one of my top favorite foods. Also, it can depend on what you like inside of your sushi as well. I know that people who try raw fish in sushi, get turned off by the raw fish and don't know that you can have vegetables or cooked meat in sushi as well. Sushi is pretty much art that you can eat. It's okay if you don't like sushi since there are others who don't like it as well.
