bobq beat me. Even though he fumbled about 4 times, Tecmo logic prevailed again, and worked against me. This should have only been a 21-14 defeat. 

I was the Seahawks, and he was the 49ers. 

This game was a funny one to play. A lot of interesting little things happened that could really have changed the outcome dramatically. There were turnovers, but they had very little impact on the final score. Thing1 threw an int with about 20 seconds left before halftime, so it was basically obsolete and only stopped his final drive before half. Kaepernick was throwing the ball well today, but for some reason, more than 50% of the time, when the 49ers would rush, they would fumble the ball. One of the fumbles came directly after an interception, so basically it had no effect and just gave thing1 a first down and ran the clock a bit. Another fumble by the 49ers went just out of bounds before seattle could grab it. The most interesting occurrence is when the 49ers were in the seahawks redzone in the 4th quarter. The 49ers tried to rush into the endzone, but again, they fumbled the ball. The ball was kicked around for a good 30 seconds before the 49ers grabbed a hold of it and ran it in for a td. That was by far the longest fumble time I have ever seen in a tecmo game. There was a bit of lag on both ends of the match, but nothing too obnoxious. Bob won the game.

Davideo7 : My opponent wouldn't play me at our agreed upon time or at any point yesterday. Not sure exactly why not. Just came into a netplay session of mine and said he couldn't play at all.

Zlinqx : Hey if you are going to be around today at all, I should be available until about 12pm then again from 9pm to 11pm

Tomorrow (Tuesday) I'll be available from 830p till 11pm.

Jordanv78 : Was kind of an emergency honestly I wouldn't mind you getting the win since I didn't come at our agreed time and I've posted in the discussion and rules thread about possibly quitting the tournament besides I think I'm going to lose anyways. Since I can't make it to either of those times and I didn't show up at our agreed time I'll forfeit this match.

Zlinqx : Ok. Sorry, I didn't realize you were considering dropping out of the tournament. You had never mentioned to me when we scheduled our match before. I just wanted to give you the opportunity to re-schedule if you had the time. No worries.

Davideo7 : My opponent forfeits his match vs me this week.

Davideo7 : Boomer and I played our match tonight. It was a great one, and definitely the best one I've played so far. It was tied at 14 at halftime, and I didn't really start to pull away until about half - way through the 4th quarter. I sealed it with a couple clutch INTs from Revis ( as Jordan called it "Revis Island" ).

I was the Patriots and he was the Cowboys. I won 28 - 14.

We got our game in this evening.  He took Denver, I took Seattle.  After an early TD run by Montee Ball, it was all Seattle after that.  My mix of run and pass, plus my stifling defense, made it a relatively easy 31-7 win.
