Okay, I understand. I'm a nerd, don't know about you guys. My dad said to joint the football team and I did, in late July. I missed two-a-days(6-hour practices) and team camp(lifting, keeps body conditioned) and rarely participated in physical activity before, but I'm way stronger, better conditioned(asthma slowed the conditioning) and I'm happy to report my weights,
Curls-20s
Bench-75
Squat-145
Lunges-55s
Incline-65
Pull ups-1(those are flipping hard as oak wood!)
Clean/push press-75

That might not be impressive at all, but I'm proud of myself and meh to haters who say it isn't that great!

I'm a runner myself, while we had weekly weight training, I never got that good with weights.

And exercise sure does make you feel great. Do you plan on keeping up with it?

EideticMemory : yes, I plan on doing it as long as possible. (College would be cool, but that requires effort!(got this logic from my dog, effort=lay down and nap) but yes, I do. And if lifting helps with the asthma, then I'll be sure to do it, because that would equate to me being a wide receiver better. I can hardly train my speed cause of it, so it's hard, but the stronger I get, the more people I pancake. (: thanks for the replies and support! I love it when people say that their happy. I did something, makes my day better. (Then again, I'm smiling a lot.) and yes, excersising does make me feel great. It's only recently that I strted smiling all the time.
