RGR plugin not working for me at all. plugin not found error

I keep getting plugin not found and I have tried everything the help thing has said about this problem. I tried using IE, FF, Chrome, restarting my computer, uninstall plugin then reinstalling it then tried it on the 3 main browsers. but nothing works.

I am using windows 8 on a Lenovo laptop. I used to play games on this but now I cant and its only vizzed because steam works.

I'm assuming you're opening the internet browser in desktop mode, right? Silly question, but worth asking.

Generally, when I have that error, it's because my browser isn't set to allow the plugin. Is your browser withholding access to the plugin?

mrfe : yes im in desktop mode as I never really use the ie app. I don't know if its withholding as all im getting is plugin not found. is there a way to see if the browser is preventing it from running? I use ie the most by the way.

Open IE (duh, lol)
Click on the gear (Settings) in the top right corner
Click 'Manage Add-Ons'
You should see a drop-down menu on the left side near the middle of the page
Open the drop-down menu, and choose 'All Add-ons' (currently is on 'Currently Loaded Add-Ons')
The display should update. Look for an add-on entitled 'VizzedRgrAx Control' (it will be listed as 'not verified'). If that is not enabled, click on it and select the 'Enable' option.
It should work!
