I usually only come on here to play old games (and post things about pokemon), but just noticed that I earn vizz or currency when I post and such. I bought one layout but still have like 2000, so what else do I buy with vizz? My profile has an "equipment" section that is blank so I was kinda curious about that too.
But its pretty cool I didnt know this site had more to it than just playing nostalgic games

2. I keep seeing peoples usernames highlighted in different colors and underlined differently. The owner even has rainbow text on his un. Is that a personal thing you can change? I didnt see anything like that in settings. 

3. can you block people? if so how. 

4. my forum theme thing I made keeps acting up, but when I go to edit the theme it looks just the way I want it to. on my profile it looks all jacked up as well

5 every time I try to upload a profile or forum picture it keeps saying its too big. what is the requirement? (in inches or pixels) 

Ravers-Disease : Okay you can use Viz for Items like Armour and Weapons as David did have an Arena idea. And you can just buy random things

2. Names usually mean what rank that person is or something green and blue usually mean that user is a male and Pink and Red is usually a girl. Purple and Orange come up from donations. Yellow means your the owner and David have a rainbow name cause of Tdv so his name is rainbow.

3. No I don't think you can block any other users.

4. It might just be on that page usually that happens if your on mobile

1- You can buy items from the item shop so that you don't have to keep paying to rent the games from the Retro Game Room. You can also exchange Viz for something that you can get from other members of Vizzed and a good example of this is from the Vizzed Market. There's also an equipment shop that David plans to do some sort of fun arena battle system on Vizzed in the future.

2- Dotted underline = trusted member, Solid underline = Vizzed Elite, Solid underline and dotted line on top = Retro Game Room Staff, 2 solid lines on top and bottom = Local Moderator, and there's a lot more.

You may also notice that there are different colored font and different colored backgrounds in their name. That means there is a competition called Tour de Vizzed on the website to achieve certain requirements for a month and this competition happens once every 3 months.

3- You cannot block people unless you are at least at a moderator rank which it is a very tough process to get that rank.

4- Are you talking about your layout? If you don't know how to edit layouts and not familiar with HTML and all that stuff, you should ask someone for help and one that can help you create one.

5- I know that the user picture is to be below 100 KB in size and it is displayed at 200 pixels wide. It even says it when you go to edit your profile.

The attached picture is how the theme is supposed to look, but on the forums the top header image background isnt black so it looks like its just sitting on top of it

well I posted a picture but I guess it isnt showing up this is getting frustrating all I want to know is why the top header of my layout isnt black like the rest!! Im not stupid I know how HTML and making a layout works I made this one from scratch it just looks weird and messed up in the forums but when I go to edit it it looks how it is supposed to..

On your second picture, I noticed that you missed a 0 (zero) on the header portion of your layout, compared to the post and footer portion. They both have 6 0s (zeros) where as your header has only 5. Maybe that could be the reason why it's not showing black.
