So here's my problem: I just started a new group for the Minecraft server when Something hit me: The last time I started a group, my group-mates used me. I eventually disbanded the group because of this, and the people who liked the group for what it should be were more than just disappointed.
The rules for the group are:

1) Be nice to the other members.
2) Always have each others backs.
3) Any PVP fighting between members without a good reason (good reasons being sparring match, got bullied, etc.) Will be kicked.
4) Don't grief the tower. I don't mind people making improvements, but don't destroy it just cause.
5) Please respect that the tower is also my house.

I don't know if this is being to strict or not, or if loopholes may cause people to try and control the leader of the group again. Please help me here. If you think I'm being to strict, or that I need to add something, let me know.
If you are interested in joining the Super Scouts, let me know and I will give you access to my estate/tower.

Is this on the Vizzed Server? Just curious.

And those are decent rules.

Even if it isn't on the Vizzed Server, the idea of clans is highly interesting. It's something that we might think of using.

These rules seem perfectly normal for someone wanting to simply play minecraft with other people and perhaps help each other, the problem is that some users get bored of the game and have more fun by causing chaos and havoc...

The problem with minecraft is that whilst the possibilities are practically endless in what you can build.. There's not that much in solid game play that you can work towards.. Once you complete the "story" (lets be honest it's literally just a bunch of goals) there is nothing else to aim for except for things you want to build... 

Maybe one day minecraft will become more than that.. Especially as it was sold for a ton of money...
