To use it I believe you have to use a layout for it to show(could be wrong) but once you get a layout since you aren't trusted+ you will need to get somebody to edit the signature for you.

I think you can still create your own signature/layout, even as a normal member.

Edit - looks like you already found it. You just need to edit that "Footer" text in your signature.

Just edit the part I circled in blue, and you should be set! (Just mess with the other footer settings to make the text look the way you want it)

I think you've gotten the premade layout from pokemon x, but now you know that it's possible to make a layout yourself if you want to in the future.
