Mine would be pretty much any quotable moment in the Kingdom Hearts series, why? Because I'm a total fanboy, but in all seriousness, there were so many good quotes in that series, and many of them were very poetic and actually have great messages attached to them.

My most favorite game quote of all time is from Sonic Heroes. After beating Team Dark with Team Chaotix, if Vector is the leader when the battle ends, Vector will talk: "Before picking a fight, better know who you're up against!" It's gold because of the way he says it.
Plus, I have the GameCube version of Sonic Heroes.

My favorite game quote is the one Albert Wesker says in Resident Evil 5.

" Seven minutes. Seven minutes is all I can spare to play with you. "

He say's this quote when he is about to fight against his arch nemesis, Chris Redfield.

There are a ton of quotes from him that I like but this one is my favorite.

I don't really have any favorite quotes, but I do have a few that I found interesting in a few games I was playing recently (and by, "a few" I mean Fire Emblem: Awakening. I think I need help, guys.)

Context: In Gerome and Morgan's C support, Morgan asks Gerome why he wears a mask. Gerome says, "It's complicated." and Morgan replies with this.

Another one was this: 
"I've assembled an extensive dossier on perspective wyvern mates..." - The Avatar (AKA You) (Fire Emblem Awakening)

Context: So, the theme of Cherche and the Avatar's support is about finding a mate for Cherche's wyvern, Minerva. In their C support, Cherche asks the Avatar to help look for mates for Minerva, and you are pretty much obliged to help her. The B support opens up with this, with the avatar saying, "...I can't believe I just said that." right afterwards.

Clouds don't smell, they taste of butter. And tears." He says this while explaining the story of the main questline in the Shivering Isles DLC.
