Can you add these to the Vizzed Help page:

1. If the PC controller is not responding to a game, quit the game, toggle the controller from XInput to DirectInput and restart the game, you may need to play another game or change the controls in esc > config > input for the controller to "reset" and start working again. It took me several days to figure that out and I almost sold the controller.
2. If Vizzed says "Plugin not found." in Firefox, reset Firefox by typing about:support in the url then start a game on Vizzed, when prompted to allow the Plugin, choose Allow and Keep Allowing. This one took me a month to figure out.

I don't know if I'm supposed to pm him, message him here or see if one of the staff can add these to the Help Page instead.

Ok, I know I'm not staff but I will answer anyway because I'm nice. The help page hasn't been updated in a few years, so it is highly unlikely that it will be updated. What you should do is PM a staff member, preferably an administrator. Tell them to tell David, and maybe he'll update the help page to have a better answer to your situation.

I would suggest summoning the Mods.

Local Mods : could you help him with this?

I haven't used the controller, and I have never had any problems playing the games on firefox, but I know that some computer/ product versions may have some. I do hope this gets added for the sake of those with the problems, firefox gaming issues, and stuff.

You should add the fact that the controller you're using is a PS3 controller. Just saying because Xbox controllers don't have that kind of trouble, since they were designed since the very beginning to be used for Xbox and PC alike due to Microsoft being its manufacturer.

That newbie quiz has been as outdated as the Help/FAQ center.

If there's something that you're concerned about that the staff can't access, then don't be afraid to PM David. I'm sure that he doesn't want to come off as someone who's unreachable. He's just a regular guy who wants to improve the site in any way possible, with a set list of priorities.

Just a little warning, though, I can't guarantee how long it'll take you to get a response from him.

I don't recall the OP posting and asking for help with either of these issues, otherwise I would have suggested both of those. 

I am looking into the current sticky help threads and possibly looking making new threads to address the more common issues (which this firefox issue seems to be)
