For example: I have a 3-story house that is almost a mansion, and most people at my school have only 2-story houses that are nowhere near a mansion. Another example is that only a few people at my school have an Xbox One/PS4. I know about 4 people at my school with an XB1/PS4. Yet everyone expects you to have the newest iPhone/iPad/iWhatever. (No there is no such thing as an iWhatever.) My friends actually got an Xbox 360 a month after the Xbox One was out. I know this is like bragging about my money but I just had to post this.

Um... I don't really get what we should be replying here... but if you're wondering where the other rich folks are, wait until you enter a university or go to college. Chances are, if you go to a nice university, there would also be tons of rich folks (and many would also be the heirs of their own family companies).

Farway : I have two bold predictions.  (1) You probably don't have a lot of friends in real life because you seem to be flaunting your wealth.  You have stuff and others don't.  That's fine.  I own a PS2 and I enjoy it.  I do other things like go to the bar with my friends and watch sports.  I don't have to have the newest and the best.  Maybe the other kids don't care.  Having the newest isn't having the best.  I think the PS2 outperforms everything out there in the world.  But I'm busy living a life not in my parents' basement playing video games and telling people how cool I am.

Your money?  You mean the money your parents and your family created.  I'm curious as to if you have a job in real life.

My second (2) prediction is you won't last very long here.  You open with something like this and it's obvious you are bragging.  Ask yourself why any of us care how much money or how much stuff you have?  We don't.  People don't respond to people with posts about how cool they are.  People respond to folks who are accepting.  You're setting yourself apart from everyone else and that probably won't work.  I'll be surprised if you're a regularly contributing member by November.

I think you made this thread with the intention that you are surprised that others may not have as much money as you. But that's just how life is. We aren't the most rich or poor people either but our financial life is going decent at the moment. And if you're more rich than others, does that make you very different than the rest? No. So it's just something that you will have to accept I think.
