Hey guys, Green here with another Mario thread. As you can see, Mario's rivals are quite famous. Such as Wario, Donkey Kong and Sonic. Well I don't think he has more than that. (If he does, tell me ) Well I want new rivals in the future. Will Mario have new rivals in the future? I really want new rivals such as a 'Super Toad' who is a brave Toad or a guy called 'Clumy' a Koopa works for Bowser. Can Mario have new rivals? What are your thoughts ?

Nah. I don't think Mario will ever get a new rival that is not Bowser. Maybe a game that the main villain will be Wario, but beyond that, I don't see him ever getting a different kind of enemy like that.

Mario actually has a pretty extensive rouges gallery - Wart, Tatanga, Smithy and Cackletta to name a few. I wouldn't mind seeing some other villains take another shot at Mario for a while and see if anything develops from it but Bowser needs to go away for it to happen and maybe meanwhile try giving heroics another try. I think he did pretty well in SMRPG!
