I have a job interview in an hour and I am beyond nervous. So how do you calm yourself down?

Honestly speaking, Just walk in and be polite and be yourself, Even if you are not confident on the inside just smile, be polite and pay attention to what they say, 

Most employers will judge you on the first minute of an interview so be assertive and polite and don't hide in a shell or more than likely you wont  have a chance to get the job.

Nine times out of ten they will employ someone who is comfortable around others and is willing to learn than someone who has better qualifications but no sense of confidence or willingness

I left this link for a youtube video that I listened to before going in to my interview for a state job that I started recently.? I usually am not nervous but being it was with the state and harder to get I was a little bit on edge.

Be yourself...no matter what college to you went to or past job experiences you have the employer will hire you for YOU!?
Always answer the question asked....sometimes you might want to start talking and talking about whatever it is and you totally forget to answer the question.
Think outside the box....when the person doing the interviews you asking what type of person you are don't say I'm a leader.? They don't need 100 leaders and trust me they are all giving that answer.?
Smiles and eye contact...this is obvious but very important
Finally...DO RESEARCH..on company.....Go to the website and study up on the mission statement.? Try to think of something that you have done that might help you in the position your hiring for.?

Drink a big glass of cold water and go for a short walk before the interview, be polite, honest, make sure you're completely qualified, and practice a lot Good luck!

Honestly, I usually just day dream. I have a few things I day dream, and it calms me down and helps time pass by. Try day dreaming about some of your biggest dreams coming true, and just let your imagination roam wild with it. Before you know it, it'll be time for your interview, and you will be cool, calm, and collected.

I like to remember that they are just interviewing me to see what I'm like... and since I don't have anything to hide and I KNOW I'm a good person for the job, I have nothing to be nervous about.
