Anyway, there are loads of ways, sop's is one of the more uncommon ones~ The more common ones are changing the picture's size and changing the file type to, say, jpg if it's png (.jpg is blurrier, but png pictures tend to have loads of KB)

Gamin'Gal : Yeah, that is usually what I do. I usually change the picture size, and then if that does not work, change the file type. 

You can also look online. I think there is a site that I used once to make a picture's file size smaller, but it has been awhile since I have had to do something like that.

When I find a picture of mine that's way too big in file size, I go to Paint.NET and mess with the quality in the saving feature. I usually get the file size down to a very low size.
