I have been recording a video with 56 minutes on a page here on vizzed it says 60 minutes=3000 viz    so u don't get Viz when it is lower than 60 minutes? And my video is there so it is confusing :/

Like awesomeguy stated, it is currently not possible to upload video's that are 15+ minutes to the vizzed channel, due to a strike to the account.

You can however, and I'm assuming you did this, upload your own video's from your youtube channel to the game page. That won't ever earn you Viz. If you want Viz from video's, you'll have to upload the file on your computer to the vizzed youtube channel, the other option at the game page. Maybe that will get changed in the future.

Yeah, it was stated by David that you must not make videos more than 15 minutes anymore, since Youtube has that thing now that you must be approved by your channel to Youtube to make longer videos, and no copyright strikes. Who knows how many people called copyright on the channel, but Vizzed got taken down once, so we can't do that anymore.
