I thought there was already a thread for this show.  LOL In fact, I'm almost positive there was.  I don't remember what I said then, but my opinion might have changed anyways.

I like the show and it's entertaining to watch. However, I wouldn't SEEK to watch it.  I guess I'd keep it on only if I was bored and had absolutely nothing else to do.

My husband though, adores the show. Maybe it's a man thing?

I love wipeout! I've been watching it since the beginning. I just find it really funny, plus I'm a huge Jill Wagner fan. Wipeout Canada was pretty good too, but it only lasted the one season. It wasn't quite the same though without the John's and Jill.

I love to watch it all the time. The commentary is funny and you never know what nicknames they may come up with. I also like how many people that go there act like weidos there would be no fun without weirdness in the world. Seeing the show just makes me want to do it too. Since there is little danger to being in wipeout yet it looks so painful the way that people may end up and the ways they fall to the water can be really funny. Especially when they make mistakes that one wouldn't make. But don't judge them it is probably harder than what it looks on T.V.

I've seen this show several times and it's always interesting to see the kind of people it attracts. I remember the creepy freak of nature guy and the one person who always said never give up, never surrender! (she annoyed me to death)

Its a pretty funny show, the commentary is hilarious, and in general, who wouldn't laugh at a bunch of people falling in the water and getting smacked around in an attempt to win money. It's definitely worth going through the humiliation to get $20,000. My favorite parts are the qualifying rounds and also the ridiculous courses at the end. My favorite are the ones that launch you straight into the water at high speeds. Overall the show is quite entertaining, and it has brought me plenty of laughs.

I love to see this show when I am randomly zapping and I find it. It's funny to see all kinds of people trying stuff. Some make awful jokes and fail miserably while others surprise you and you really hope they will get further. Once there was a flexible grandma who put her leg behind her neck but couldn't get it back and she did not participate because of that anymore I think

I also like the courses they have, and yeah, I believe only 1% of the people who participate survive the big balls without falling in water.

pacman1755 : personally, i love this show. Not only the obstacles always give me a laugh when someone fails horribly, but the two commentators who i'm too lazy to mention by name give some funny dialogue to.
