I logged onto vizzed my layout was still there but when I posted a thread there was not a single pixel of my picture I dunno but once I clicked on block layout by mistake and I am here to ask can it be restored?
I am going to be a good gamer XD

jakob12341 : Now that's weird. Maybe you stopped using it. If you want to re use it again, go to Edit Profile, click on 'Edit Layout',  and you will see all of your layouts.

Are you talking about the layout that you used in this thread?  We can see it just fine.  If I understand right, you're saying you accidentally blocked your own layout?  You should be able to unblock it.

On the upper left corner, click Edit Profile & Settings. Scroll all the way to the bottom and you should see a section that says "Blocked layouts". Next to any layouts you blocked, there is an 'unblock layout' link. Just click that.
