I cant find it anywhere can someone help me find it? 

You go on "Edit Profile & Settings" in the upper left corner of the screen, and you'll find the "upload picture" option for your user picture. But, you're a newbie, so you may not be able to upload a picture yet.

When you become a member, follow these instructions below. Read to the end of this post, please.

Just like what Popeye116 said, you go into "Edit profile & settings" then you see where it says "user picture" below the option for customizing your rank title? Click on the "upload file" button. Then, it will say what image from your computer you want to use.

There's a catch to this though. First, the picture you want as your user picture needs to be on your computer. Then, you need to check both the file size and image resolution. If the picture is above 100kb in size, you'll need to either go and find another picture or find an image optimizer tool.
If your image size is above 200x200, you need to use an image optimizer tool on the Internet using Google search.

If your picture is above 100kb or the resolution is above 200x200, go here:
http://www.imageoptimizer.net/

On there, click "upload file" to select your picture. Then, resize it to 200x200 via the settings. If it goes well, you should have a 200x200 picture that's under 100kb. Right click your optimized picture and then "save picture as" then name it whatever you want.

Then, use that optimized picture to upload that to vizzed as your user picture.

If you did it right, it should say that profile settings has been updated and you should see your picture. Hope it helped. The picture has to be vizzed appropriate making sure your picture doesn't break any of the rules on Vizzed.

Sorry dear, you become a member after the 7th day. So technically, on your 8th. Meaning that it would take until tomorrow for you to have a profile picture.

But basically follow what the users above me posted and you should have your picture in no time.
