My favorite type is Dragon, which you forgot to put on there. I like Dragon the best because Dragon Pokemon look cool, are usually really strong, and can learn a lot of cool moves.

I like dragon and ghost types the best,  I like dragons because they are extremely powerful (even with the new addition of lame fairy type pokemon) and they also have a good solid movepool and great stats, not to mention that a good amount of the legendary pokemon are dragon, and several of the dragon type pokemon are pseudo legendary as well. Even though there aren't a lot of dragon types compared to the other types, they are still some of my all time favorites. 

I don't know why I like ghost to be honest, perhaps because they are immune to a lot of things, plus paired with dark type gives them an awesome typing with almost no weaknesses (again, with the exception of lame fairies which ruin everything) 

This is why Giratina is one of my favorite legendary pokemon because it is both of these types. Good question by the way.

tgags123 : I agree with you. I've only played Pokemon up to generation 2 (I am still getting used to other generations) and Dragon type Pokemon are without a doubt the toughest Pokemon. I hated going to the Elite Four, using just about all my power to get through the first four, and then run into Lance. It was really tough at first. But then, once I realized that my Dewgong's Ice Beam pretty much handled all of them, I was okay after that. But, at the time, that was their only weakness. Ice. And trust me, I found that out the hard way. Plus, Dragon Pokemon do look the coolest...

Dark type takes the cake for this one, All of my favorite pokemon are all dark type. my favorite dark type is probably houndoom.

If I had not chosen dark I would have chosen steel type. Cuz who doesn't like steel? The only problem with steel type is in like, every single region I played, I always got killed by fire types. They have an overabundance of fire type for it to be a good choice to pick steel in a playthrough.

But if you're just going for coolness, steel is where it's at.

Yeah cradily is cool and all, but dragon types are boss, the ratio of crap to good is so high in good's favor (the worst fully evolved dragon is altaria, who in itself isn't that bad) And Pokémon like garchomp, dragonite, flygon, kingdra, and tyrantum are just so cool!
