So, there's going to be a Mother 4 fan game coming out this winter. It's going to have everything a normal game should, and be just as long as the other games in the mother series. Personally, I can't wait for it to come out . What do you guys think?

I heard you talking about this in chat. It is a shame that it is not coming on out XBOX 360 or XBOX One, otherwise, I might have tried it when it came out.

thing1 : Well it's not an official game, so I think that might be illegal to sell it on a console. They'd probably have to get a trademark, and rights from Nintendo, and blah blah blah blah.

Popeye116 : I am surprised that it is not an official game. Do you think that Nintendo might pick it up? Also, all the creators have to do is change a few things to avoid a copyright lawsuit, and it could be put up an as Indie Game on the XBOX 360. ( I am not sure if XBOX ONE has Indie Games or not, actually )

I doubt Nintendo would be ready to take this as an official game. Plus, many of the mother fans don't know about it, so having "Mother 4" suddenly being officially released would be a HUGE surprise. It MIGHT be able to make it as an indie game, but the developers said that it is ONLY a fan game, and won't be released anywhere but that website.
