Vizzed Game Night? Waz that? Say like we gather a group of, say, 16 Vizzed members who would want to be a part of this night, and we go play this game, then that, depending on who wants to play what (play the game with the majority vote) and keep playing 'til everyone is gone, no one wants to continue, or its very late at night, and we would start at, say, 6:00 PM (Vizzed Server Time). Whats it any different then just using netplay or the netplay tournament? 1. For fun, not as competitive and no prizes for winning (except maybe bragging rights). 2. Even though we may play a netplay game (like Bomberman '94) when the party is smaller, we could play games not on Vizzed (say we get in a XBox Live party and play COD MW3 or Halo 3), though still everyone in the game/party would be a member of Vizzed. And yes, this would be a bit similar to the Halo 3 game night done a bit ago. If you say "If this that and the other thing...", please tell me what you would change/recommend. And keep in mind this is just me spewing an idea, I wouldn't do anything to make this happen unless there would be enough people saying Yea.

This is a good and fun idea but I see many problems to this:
-lag issues
-organization
-some people leave out of nowhere
-not everyone has the same game if it was a game outside of Vizzed

Maybe if you know how to set up this Vizzed Game Night more specifically, then we could probably figure this out. Plus I think that's a lot of people due to long waits and all types of problems. I would deduct the number of people to 8-10 people.

(I had this whole post written and then it just randomly returned to the thread, makes me want to say some 'special' words.)

ghostfishy :

You bring many good points.

1. Lag is solved by making sure the group is close enough to each other, not all over the world but say in the same country/neighboring countries.

2. Organization, we would post to get a list of interested users, and choose a good host from the list (center-most user of the list), and vote on a starting game.

3. Most modern games let people drop in/out of a game mid-game, so this wouldn't be an issue, and if the numbers dwindle too low, we call it a night.

4. We would figure out who has what consoles/games to play before hand.

And I say 16 people because some games support 16-32 simultaneous players. But yes, some of these problems would have to be sorted when this goes from an idea to a reality.

I am not saying that this isn't a good idea but you need to keep these ideas and possible problems in mind. I don't mind joining if you want this to happen. This just needs some brainstorming and set-up on how you want to make this the best and most efficient as possible.

bigger0gamer : I am definitely down for this. Especially for the XBOX 360, as long as I have the game.

thing1 : Sweet, but I did't plan to just do one game all night, but to switch to other games too to keep variety (upon majority vote of coarse). But I just realized, likely the 360 will be the prefered console, and I'd be no where since I don't have one but, oh well.

bigger0gamer : I could host the 360 version of it. Even if I don't have the game, I would be willing to still host the party and help set everything up.

thing1 : That would be nice, but I was thinking one party on one console. What console would be the one that the whole gruop has and would like to use.

Sounds cool, but will it be for xbones or ps4s or ps3s or xbox 360s? What console could it be on, would we alternate or what?

Cradily is love : It would be what everyone has. If there is not a console that everyone has, then idk. Likely it would be a PS360 of PSN LIVE, but I could only hope for a XBox or PS2 over LAN tunnel. And thanks for the bump!

bigger0gamer : Great idea! I don't think anyone would argue that this isn't, I like it and I wish it becomes reality.
