I'd like to play as Vanitas from Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep.  It'd be awesome to be fighting someone and then just start surfing on hundreds of keyblades and just annihilate them.

There is already a game like that and that's the dynasty warriors series but if id have to specifically pick a character I would pick it from the gundam mouso games I would love to play as char or some other pretty cool character from that series.

Lol, I'd be happy to play as anything stronger than the hero, which means high leveled monsters, annoying to kill enemies, invincible enemies, your rival, and bosses. All are usually stronger than you and make the experience more frustrating.
