So a while back my laptop crashed, and I logged onto vizzed from my desktop.  It looks like none of my progress transferred - I have no save files on any of the games I've been playing.  I'm back at base one in everything.

I'm assuming since the info was probably saved via cookies on my old laptop, there's nothing I can do - but just in case I'm asking.  Is there any way to get that old data back?

Thanks!

No they are saved on your computer you can actually find them if you look hard enough through your computer. It would make everything lag a ton if it was saved on the vizzed server since the main attraction here is the retro game room. I think they were uploaded to the server originally though.

Marion2461 :
No.
If you want to transfer them to another pc, you need a usb or sd card.
Go to this file:
C:ProgramDataVizzedVizzedRgrPlugin
There it should all be saved.

TheJmsGamer : no you dont. use google drive, and upload them there, then download them onto the other computer.

dont waste money on outdated and pointless hardware like usb memory sticks and memory cards. upload to a cloud, and download from said cloud.

Sorry for your lost.

The Help & FAQ is actually a bit outdated, so save files via server doesn't apply anymore. In your current situation, there's no way on getting them back. Not unless you can access your old laptop and get the files from it.

On the bright side, at least you know what to do to back up your saves.
