I would say the Orange Box but I've never owned it.
So how about Halo 3?

A lot of people would place Halo 3 with all of the other modern day linear shooters. But the campaign has thought put into it. It's not like CoD or Battlefield where you go in a straight line for a few hours and occasionally drive a vehicle.

Halo 3 takes thought to beat each room, especially in harder difficulties. You have to use the weapons and ammo wisely since each enemy has their own weaknesses. 

Halo isn't quite Half-Life but it is really worth beating in Legendary.

I have a few. My top favourite Xbox 360 game's are all of the Mass Effect games. They were the first games that I really fell in love with. The story, the character's, the universe the games are set in...I adore it all. 

I also really love the Dragon Age series for the same reason's as Mass Effect. Tomb Raider is my other fave game for the 360. I love the reboot so much.

That's just asking what people's favorite games are, but with the added effect of discriminating against playstation gamers by not allowing us to say something like Uncharted, Twisted Metal, The Last of Us, etc... which really isn't fair because MY favorite game is The Last of Us, a Playstation exclusive. -end rant

My favorite 360 game is Oblivion. I know its not exclusive, I know for a fact that it was also out for PC, not sure if it was on Ps3. Oblivion is the only game I ever had for the 360 that I felt was worth playing. I had maybe 3 games for the console and got completely board with it and just didn't like it. I gave my Xbox 360 to my brother in law as a kinda payment for letting us stay with them.
