Relax making up theories about Pokemon is just a fun thing to do for some and to think about. If you really think about most of these theories wouldn't make sense since Pokemon is a game primarily aimed at kids and I doubt the developers would've actually done something like killing the rival's Raticate nevertheless if you're bored it's a fun thing to think about and some of these theories actually have a surprising amount of evidence supporting them. With that said the theory about the rival's Raticate I don't think is true (ignoring the fact that Pokemon is primarily aimed at kids) but why is better saved for another post.

Anyways my point is if you don't enjoy thinking about these theories then you can just not participate in discussions about them and do other things instead.
