I sometimes go back to Pokémon emerald to say....the people I used to talk to do they still come around here? Sometimes I'll stay and play for an hour or so then I would leave. Back in 2012 emerald was really busy back then on the rgr. Like there was always up to nearly 100 people on playing poke emerald, it was so fun lively. But now when I go on there, its like between 5-10-20 people. And I am like wow....rgr isn't as popular as it was back then. Its a thing called *life* that's what happened to the people who used to play on it.

Eniitan : Life yes, but the rgr was amazing. A lot of people are now talking about the tdv or something like that is the only pace that gets action but what is that?

Totts : The TdV is a short version of 'Tour de Vizzed' that Davideo7 organises every season where people can compete by posting in forums. Have you ever participated? You have lots of posts, so you might have.

Totts : Well juul has explained it. I don't really compete in it myself, or talk about it so much. Its not as if I don't like the tdv at all, its is just some competition that I know of.

you might know about minecraft server? I have not a clue what that is? I cannot see the link to play the game in the rgr.

The foodl old days certainly never had a minecraft server and I feel excluded from it.

I am new here, so I dont remember the good old days, but most people here look friendly to me.

Totts : Well......I've never heard of minecraft either. It became more popular. So vizzed decided to have a branch other there, on the game. minecraft sever is when most people on vizzed goes there, to build things and such. I've never played this, but only heard of it. I don't really plan on playing minecraft anyway. It sure has taken effect on vizzed. So your not the only one who feel excluded from it. Not all people on vizzed do play minecraft. ^-^

Eniitan : I hope this minecraft is a good thing. I think it may be behind why less people are around these days participating in Vizzed because they are there, could it be diluting the talent pool from the chatrooms and the threads so to speak? What is minecraft? Where do you play it? Is it like manic miner that is the only mine I know of - seriously. I am pleased we don't all play there otherwise all my threads might dry up.

I do have some memories of old Vizzed. There are a few recent changes that I don't like, such as the new background, and the removal of the Vizzed Board icon in the Retro Game Room, which is extremely annoying. I especially don't like this new "Vizzed Minecraft" as I don't care for that pathetic, boring game that just seems terrible. I would never waste my money on something like that. Also, many users who I was becoming friends with just stopped using Vizzed. Also, I have noticed that the users are starting to become tad less kind than before. I'm sure that this will start to become more apparent in the following years.

SetoKaiba1025 : Wow, your a mind reader. I immediately reported it. I don't like the new background, on my screen at least it comes across really badly and for some reason slower. I thought that it was either temporary and go back to the old one or we would get several new ones.

I really really miss the old retro gaming icon, I actually play less games now because when I hover over it I get this annoying java script??????????? list of gaming options that totally confuses me and I don't know what to click as it all just seems too complicated. Even though it probably is not, what was wrong with click to play? if you want options they can come later.

yes, some users appear less kind, so much so that when I am kind they are amazed that anyone friendly is left, although that could be an over exaggeration.

Also my old friends have gone, I wonder why, was it just life?

Totts : To me in a way its a bad thing.....a lot of users on vizzed have stopped coming here. Though they intend to enjoy it more. I am seem to be forgetting who I used to talk to. Due to this short term memory of mine...Yes you are right, it is behind of the missing users. not many come here now...its really sad. But I will say this, when people do things there are always consequences for their actions. And it wouldn't be so pleasant. I don't really care for minecraft at all. I just want to be able to spend time with my friends on here, and with the people that I know as well. You have to buy minecraft in order to play it.

I wish they would bring back the retro toon room also. I cant see any point to the video game room, do you know where we can get stats of its use usage?

Yes, you make a good point about the chatroom. I was there when it got hacked, multiple times in fact it was a sad time for Vizzed indeed. Then the site got hacked as well.

But we came through all those times, they changed the chatroom but personally it is not as good or has the same feel, I really dislike its corporate image, it really really needs an update.

Thanks for the update, soon you will become a legend and remember the old days, you name has the potential to become a legendary one as it is so strong to me.

Totts : For that question I'm not so sure totts......I mean a lot of things have changed, weather we like it or not. In a way some changes are good to help further future for the site. While old not so usable things gets throws out. Theres use for the video games room, simply because people can do walkthroughs and reviews on there. ^-^

Eniitan : Yes, sometimes things improve and get much better. Change can be a very good thing as opposed to hanging onto things that do not work and serve no current purpose, I agree. So let's hope that we all see and get to witness the growth and continued rise. This is something we can all be part of.

I've been a member of this site for like 4 years now, and chat doesn't seem all that different than it did before. Heck, a lot of the same people still frequent it. I just think that you remember it differently.

I remembered the stuff back when I was new to Vizzed. Some people I knew were perma banned and some are not on Vizzed anymore. 

Totts : Your right about that. All we can hope is that vizzed is having a brighter future in a way. For great growth and good changes for the site, and for the people as well. ^-^

I think you are a legend and I love vizzed it is not as bad as you think it is.
