why does this happen i cannot take screenshots because i'm on my wii u gamepad but this happens every once in a while like the leggy glitch

This isnt a glitch. when you go to favorite a thread, or do something like that it shows that screen.

It's supposed to do that, I think.

It might help to explain what you were doing before that glitch, so we could try to see what's causing it.

Because yoshirulez! is right about that showing when you favorite a thread, but there may be some other explanations.

I believe it shows everyone who is online. This usually happens if you have an invalid ID for a thread, forum, and sometimes subforum.
