This is a pretty simple question. When you play your Atari 2600, do you play it with the Atari 2600 joystick (the controller made for the console) or with a Sega Genesis controller?

I tend to do a little of both. For some games I would much rather use my Genesis controller and others it is more fun to use the joystick. From so many years of playing Genesis (since I was a very little kid), the controller just feels natural in my hand so I can see why I would rather use it, plus it seems that the Atari joysticks have become a little finicky over the years. I have a bunch that are ether so loose the slightest movement will send you flying to your death and others that are stiff as a board and almost impossible to use.

Yep. I have  A PC controller really similar to a genesis controller (It's one of those Modded Gen controllers with a USB output) And I have the same thing with the 12600. With games like pitfall I use the gen controller When it comes to pepsi invaders (LOL) i use the joystick.
