I would love to learn and speak Portuguese, Japanese and French. This would take a lot of time to learn and I don't have the patience to learn all of them so if I had to pick one than it would be Portuguese.

ILikeTimsDaily : Chinese? My mother speaks a bit Chinese Anyways, I don't think Chinese will be useful for now since the language is mainly used in China itself, but the Chinese economy is still growing so you might never know about the future...

Yes I have some friends that speak it and my aunt speaks it as well. It sounds interesting to me and I wouldn't mind learning it. I hate feeling left out when my friends are talking in a different language.

Latin is cool but the grammar is difficult, although Latin helped me to understand German better. Would you pick Japanese because of the anime and manga?

If I had to choose one language, It would probably be Japanese.

It would be useful since a lot of things are japan only so I can't understand it.
Unless there is a version that is translated to English, of course.
Also, It would be useful for playing japan-only video games with Japenese text.
But that would only be most useful for reading...

It would still be nice to speak it either way.

I'd like to learn how to speak German. Why because it's an awesome language, and it's a pretty good base to learn other languages as well.

I guess French and portugese would come second and third just due to how widely used they are around the world.

sonicmcmuffin : German looks a lot like Dutch and it's one of my favourite subjects at school, so I like the fact you pick German. French and Portugese are pretty useful too and I think Spanish is very useful if you want to go to South America.

I have always wanted to learn to speak Latin, as I thought that it would be cool to be speaking a dead language. Also, it would be easier to learn other languages derived from it.

I'd like to learn Japanese. And not just so I could watch anime in Japanese (Without subtitles and un-dubbed) or play Japan only games, like many people. Though that is a factor. The culture has always interested me and I've wanted to learn more about Japan and it's history. But my problem is that I'm lazy. I want to learn Japanese but I'm too lazy to do it.

I did learn Italian, English, Latin, a bit of Chinese and my native language is French. So, which one would I like to speak? Well, I'll go with Japanese. I might need that if I want to go to Japan in the future because I really want to go there, visit that country and its wonders.

We really should have a language session made on vizzed, by the way. Because it is fun!

Chinese is the exception. I went to a camping with my parents a long time ago and there were free Chinese lessons. I was interested in this so I went ahead and give it a shot. I did learn a few things though. Otherwise yes, I did learn how to speak the other languages I mentioned at school. As for being your Italian teacher, we'll see, we'll see. I feel a bit rusty to be honest but I can teach some stuff ha ha
