Right now, it's Stephen Universe.  I really wasn't sold on it a first but when I started to watch some episodes, I really liked them.  I love the humor, animation style, and at times, the stories can make you feel a bit. 

If there's a close second, then it would be Regular Show.

My favorite show on Cartoon Network would have to be Samurai Jack I just love that show so much I mean the story is very well written a samurai being sent into the future where the demon (forgot his name) rules over all was pretty cool plus they found a loophole in the whole blood rule by making them robots and the blood is replaced with oil which I think is very cleaver so that is why I love this show.

Are we talking about old school Cartoon Network as well? Because Powerpuff Girls, hands down. Loved that show despite all its weirdness, and I loved the Powerpuff Z spinoff from Japan. It was cute. 

Courage the Cowardly Dog always ran a close second, though, because it was one that my mother would actually watch with me and not make faces over.

I actually have three favorite Cartoon Network shows that I used to watch all the time...Courage the Cowardly Dog, Samurai Jack, and Ed Edd Eddy.
