I checked off most of the time, but I rarely listen to music. I listen to the radio, and it's sometimes music, but mostly sports radio. But I listen to it almost every night while sleeping. It helps me relax, and keeps me from being bored when I can't fall asleep.

So, I have an alarm clock/radio that I put on a 30-60 minute sleep when I get in my bed. I either do that, or in the summer I'll turn on my fan that emits a loud enough noise for me to fall asleep. My wife doesn't understand why I'm like that either, but that's just me.
